i have struggled with my weight for many years. it has taken a long time to begin this journey but i believe i am finally ready to make changes happen; not just for myself, but for all those who doubted me.

PREGNANCY UPDATE!

hello everyone…it’s been forever!

i am currently just about 37 weeks, which means that the end is near! pregnancy, although an amazing experience, is very tiring and often times ugly. to this day i still don’t get those women who ‘love’ being pregnant! with this pregnancy i have experienced morning sickness, constant exhaustion and no energy, skin break-outs, varicrose veins, stretch marks, terrible leg cramps that literally had me crying at night and the most obvious, weight gain! i thank my lucky stars that it’s almost over!

so far, i have gained 45 pounds! can you believe it?!
after finding out i was pregnant i stopped going to the gym and gave myself a free pass to eat whatever my heart (and baby) desired! i always said i wouldn’t use pregnancy as an excuse to overeat but it’s been a challenge. to be honest, i’m not too concerned with the weight gain, as both baby and i are perfectly healthy thus far.
with the end near i am getting excited and really nervous to go through labour. however, the thought of seeing my little girls face makes all my worries go away.

i’ll keep you all posted on the arrival of my little baby girl!

MAJOR UPDATE

i am SO SORRY for not updating my blog this past little while. the truth is i haven’t been feeling very good at all lately, having constant tummyaches and nausea. i took a pregnancy test after i was four days late (i have NEVER been late in my life!) and it came back POSITIVE!

I AM PREGNANT!


as for getting healthy, since i found out i haven’t been to the gym. i am unsure of what i can and cannot do now and i really don’t want to do anything to jeopardize the pregnancy since we are still within the first trimester. i have a doctors appointment on the 22nd so i will clear things up then and get back to working out.
i also find myself more motivated than ever to eat better and be healthy.

i’ve been mia for a while.
not sure what is going on with me but i haven’t been at the gym in THREE WEEKS and my eating has only gone down hill. i have lost all motivation to be healthy and i don’t know why.
i’ve stopped doing the 30DS because i found it too repetitive.
i haven’t ran once this month…so much for my september goals, right?
i have yet to find a job that pertains to my education. they all want years of experience or more education; i don’t have either.

this could possibly be the lowest point in my life.
